jus came back after jogging.
this few day been training hard.
i hope i will continue this oftenly
at least 3 time a week.
in order to prepare myself for next year tournament.
this year i have been a burden , next year i wan to be one who help the team.
tml gym again, probably jogging at night.
muscle crramp all over my body.
haha but i believe if i do this often , my muscle wont cramp anymore.
but i tink i nid to start finding a job for myself.
nid to work le. no more money already. pok liao. haha
